On September 26, 2025, Nguyễn Thúy Vân, Executive Vice President of Thanh Do University, led a delegation of four to visit Wenshan University. Both sides held in-depth discussions on educational cooperation projects and officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), laying a solid foundation for future collaboration.

In the morning, accompanied by Vice President Tang Long of Wenshan University, the Thanh Do University delegation conducted a site visit to gain an overview of the overall educational environment of Wenshan University. The delegation toured the teaching area, library, student cafeteria, and dormitory areas, gaining a thorough understanding of student learning and living conditions. The delegation then focused on inspecting the professional training laboratories and on-campus practical training bases in departments such as Journalism, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, Financial Management, Hotel Management, E-commerce, and Craft Art. They gained a comprehensive understanding of Wenshan University’s infrastructure in professional education and student training. Additionally, the delegation visited the new campus in the southern part of the city, which is under construction, to learn about the planning and progress of the new campus. During the visit, the delegation highly praised Wenshan University’s efforts in campus environment development, student support, and professional training facilities. They also expressed strong appreciation for the university’s outstanding achievements in applied talent cultivation.

In the afternoon, Wenshan University and Thanh Do University held an exchange meeting between representatives from both universities and MOU signing ceremony. At the meeting, President Gu Yu of Wenshan University extended a warm welcome to the delegation and provided a systematic introduction to the university’s development, covering areas such as educational characteristics, discipline development, and international cooperation achievements. Nguyễn Thúy Vân, Executive Vice President of Thanh Do University, shared the university’s development history, core educational advantages, and international cooperation experiences. She emphasized Thanh Do University’s intention to establish a long-term, stable, and friendly cooperative relationship with Wenshan University and to engage in in-depth cooperation across various fields. The two sides then engaged in discussions on key areas such as joint student training, mutual exchange of faculty and students, academic exchange of experts, cultural experience project development, and student internship and practical training cooperation, reaching a number of consensuses.Leaders from relevant functional departments and secondary colleges of Wenshan University also participated in the discussions and exchanged ideas on specific cooperation directions and implementation pathways.

After the meeting, in the presence of representatives from both sides, Tang Long, Vice President of Wenshan University, and Nguyễn Thúy Vân, Executive Vice President of Thanh Do University, officially signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Wenshan University of China and Thanh Do University of Vietnam. This marks the formal establishment of a friendly cooperative relationship between the two institutions. Both parties expressed their commitment to establishing a regular communication mechanism, strengthening daily interactions, and promoting the implementation of the consensus reached in the agreed-upon cooperation areas as soon as possible. The goal is to achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages, jointly advancing the high-quality development of education at both universities.
