On June 26, 2025, LE VAN HUNG, Chairman of the University Council and President of Thanh Dong University , along with a delegation of three, visited Wenshan University. The delegation engaged in in-depth discussions on Jingshi collaborative projects and international educational cooperation to advance broader cooperation and exchanges between the two universities.

     In the morning, during the inter-university cooperation exchange meeting, President Gu Yu of Wenshan University warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced the university’s educational characteristics, discipline development, and international cooperation initiatives. LE VAN HUNG, Chairman of the University Council and President of Thanh Dong University, provided a detailed introduction to the development, advantages, and international cooperation achievements of Thanh Dong University. He proposed establishing a comprehensive cooperative partnership with Wenshan University. The two sides discussed potential areas of collaboration, including dual degree interdisciplinary joint programs, student exchanges, academic exchanges, joint research, and the co-establishment of the “Jingshi Academy” project. During the meeting, Mr. Sun Haoqing, International Education Director of Beijing Huasheng Jingshi Information Technology Co., Ltd., introduced the tripartite cooperation model involving universities and Chinese enterprises within the Jingshi project. Representatives from Wenshan University’s relevant departments and secondary colleges participated in the exchange meeting.

During the visit, President Gu Yu accompanied the Thanh Dong University delegation on a tour of various facilities at Wenshan University. They visited the university library, the Journalism Training Center, the Industrial Internet, Industrial Robotics, Intelligent Manufacturing, and Process Control Systems training rooms at the School of Artificial Intelligence, the Metallurgy and Materials College’s Metallographic Laboratory and Virtual Simulation Training Room, the School of Economics and Management’s Smart Hotel Training Room, and the E-commerce Live Streaming Training Base. Vice President Yan Yuanxiang also accompanied the delegation on visits to the Wenshan University Notoginseng Research Institute, the Plateau Special Agriculture Demonstration Base for Government-Industry-Academia-Research-Application, and the ongoing construction of the university’s new campus in the southern part of the city. During the visits, the delegation members expressed their appreciation for the investments and results in student professional training facilities and highly praised Wenshan University’s achievements in applied talent cultivation, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation in joint training of specialized talent.
